Terms of service

1. Definitions
Author: any natural person who has created elements present on this Site, including the authors of texts and facsimiles, graphic designers, modellers and designers of tree structures. Browser: client software program enabling connection to websites.
Producer: Owner of the Site, in accordance with article L.341-1 section.1 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Site: All the resources accessible under the domain name group-indicia.com.
User: Visitor to this Site and consumer of its information.

2. Database law
2.1 The entirety of the Site is defined as a database within the meaning of the directive of 11 March 1996 and its transposition into French law in the law of 1 July 1998 (art. L.341-1 et seq.). In this regard the Producer exclusively authorises the uses and access defined in paragraph 3 Copyright below.
2.2 Any use or extraction of content from the Site not authorised by the Producer is unlawful and punishable under criminal law by the offence of infringement of copyright as set out below.

3. Copyright
3.1 All the content of the Site, including graphics, backgrounds, images, logos, bullet lists and signage elements, is covered by the Producer’s intellectual property right under copyright applying to this content or to the Site and protected as an author work or as a database.
3.2 All texts and facsimiles reproduced on the Site are the property of their authors and their rights are reserved. These sources are used under the usual conditions of copyright law as defined by the French intellectual property code, and comply with the Bern Convention and subsequent international agreements.

5. Hypertext links to this site
Any establishment of hyperlinks to any of the pages of this site is free, provided that they open in a new window and are presented in an unequivocal manner in order to avoid:

• and any presentation that is tendentious or contrary to current legislation.

6. Respect for personal data
6.1 Data controller: The data controller is the company publishing the Site, mentioned above.
6.2 Purpose of the data processing: In accordance with art. 32 of the law of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and liberties, the main purposes of the personal data collected on this Site, either by email contact or by the client area, are the management of contacts and the monitoring of online requests or customer relations, but also include the sending of commercial offers from any of the Indicia Group’s agencies. Under no circumstances will this data be communicated to third parties or natural or legal persons outside the Indicia Group.

7. Responsibility
7.1 The contents presented on the Site are presented under the sole responsibility of their Authors. The information, comments and opinions they contain are only binding on them. The Producer cannot be held responsible as a result of the above.
7.2 The Producer cannot be held responsible for any material errors that may remain in the documents present on the Site despite all the care taken in their publication.
7.3 The Producer cannot be held responsible for the defective transmission of data due to the various networks of the Internet or to incompatibilities because of the User’s Browser.

8. Technical recommendations
